What is the average cost of a swimming pool?
Although this question is very common among people who are looking to build a pool it is one of the hardest questions to answer. Every swimming pool CLD creates is custom designed and constructed to that clients wants and needs. We refuse to create “standard” or “template” pools that feel and look identical to one another and which cost around the same. Because we custom create our pools our prices vary widely and can range anywhere from $40,000.00 to $150,000.00. To get a better idea of what your custom pool would cost simply request an estimate and one our pool professionals will meet with you and work on an estimate.
What are the steps to building a swimming pool?
Constructing a swimming pool follows a series of scheduled steps. These can be found under our animated website www.poolprocess.com.
How long will it take to build my swimming pool?
The construction of a swimming pool usually last anywhere from one to two months. This of course depends on the size of your project, the time of year your job is being constructed (usually pools are built faster in the winter as it is less busy), and the kind of pool that is being constructed. Delays such as soil issues, failed inspections, or harsh weather could also delay the construction of your pool.
Will I be able to use my backyard during the construction process?
Your backyard will go under a series of changes during the construction of your swimming pool and during some steps it may be dangerous for your children or pets to be outside unsupervised. Although we will make an effort to keep your backyard safe for you and your family and keep the “mess” to a minimum.
How long after my pool is filled can we swim?
This depends on the type of plaster finish that was installed in your swimming pool. But, most importantly the water must be chemically balanced and clean.
How long should my pool pump run each day?
Your swimming pool pump should run a minimum of four hours a day in order to maintain it clean. During the summer your may need to your pump a minimum of six hours a day.
